Mold orders ship within 5-15 business days processing time starting the day after order placement, excluding weekends. Limited returns accepted. All orders are supplied tracking information. Read policies here.
This processing time is set to a realistic time-frame for me to be able to hand-make all orders from both website and Etsy. :) To read more about processing times and why it is set this long, please visit "Shipping" in the INFO menu.

Mold Care: Silicone molds can be cleaned carefully with regular packaging tape. Store your mold in a cool, dry environment in protective packaging away from other molds. Refrain from using heat on your silicone molds, especially a torch or flame.
